during peak periods you may be assigned a new site before arrival. site type, and groups will not be changed
QUIET HOURS ARE 11 PM TO 8 Am
no guests in park after 11 pm
check in 2:00 pm check out 1:00 pm
parking lot available for use if arriving early or leaving late

cancellation policy

MINIMUM 14 DAYS NOTICE - credit if used within i year
LESS THAN 7 DAYS NOTICE OR NO SHOW - NO REFUND
no refund on weekend bookings June 15-Sept 15. credit only as per cancellation guide lines listed above
ALL REFUNDS ONLY VALID WITH a CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM TURTLE CROSSING stating we have received notice of cancellation
NO REFUNd of 50% deposit for bookings two weeks or longer
